Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Note: If your country of residence is outside Ecuador, shipping times may vary.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above (unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
